We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods, processes, and pricing.
Unless specified in the project agreement, website hosting, domain registration, and ongoing maintenance are separate services available at additional cost. The client is responsible for renewing hosting, domains, and any third-party services required for the website to function.
12.1 Client Termination: Clients may terminate a project by providing written notice. Payments made are non-refundable, and the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
12.2 Our Termination: We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client breaches these terms, provides false information, fails to make payments, or engages in abusive behavior.
